He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, presenting me with the options available over the phone and sending me videos and pictures of all of them. What stood out was his patience - he never pressured me, allowing me to make a well-informed decision in a stress-free environment taking also the distance into consideration. Bruno's dedication to my satisfaction was very impressive, from securing a great deal to explaining all the vehicle features. The deal was way better than what I had here at the dealership close to my home. In summary, my experience at the dealership, thanks to Bruno, was outstanding. I didn't like the service, they didn't value me, they told me a final price and then another price appeared at the end, zero honesty with the customer, in the end they didn't correct the error they made told me a final price and then another price appeared at the end, zero honesty with the customer, in the end they didn't correct the error they made in my purchase, the salesman Bruno still has to learn a lot to satisfy a customer. I don't recommend it to anyone! More
