This was the most professional dealership my wife and I have been to in all of Central Florida. Spent over 7 hours at the dealership to finalize a purchase. Incentives were taken back as “misinformation “ reworking of an already signed purchase agreement and resulting in higher cost. Their sales process was deplorable. I had to deal with 5 people during the purchase and It took 5 days to get the vehicle. I should have walked away.
