The associate himself did the best he could, however, the processes at this dealership are awful! I’m a return customer, but I will not be coming back. The dealership has been remodeled, but the systems are not. I’ve been contacting them every week to get my information regarding my tags. I’ve been driving around with expired tags for two weeks and after making several attempts to understand the delays, I was told it was because an emissions test was not done on the car that I just purchased. I went to get an emissions test on my own and was told I would have to go to the dealership myself to pick up my tags or it would be mailed in 7 days. It’s been 10 days and still no tags or reimbursement. They also sold me on a warranty and I’ve been asking to be contacted. I’ve sent several emails, called several times. I finally got someone that said they called but no voicemail was left. I am someone who likes to and tries to leave good reviews for companies but I’ve had enough. Much work needs to be done at this dealership. This was so unfortunate. More

I would not recommend. The communication was awful. At the time of finance the numbers were incorrect and not what I was advised. Had to go back and renegotiate. Also, The communication was awful. Also, I was told that if I financed with ALM they would match the interest rate my credit union approved me for. I agreed to finance through them and not until I signed papers that I noticed the interest rate was much higher. No one told me until I saw it in writing. I accepted because I was exhausted and it was 10pm at night. I think they just wanted the sale and were going to try to swindle me from noticing. This is why dealers get such a bad rap. More
