21 Days with my car. Only got updates when I contacted them outside of 1 time. I have asked the manager to contact me 3 days straight now and not a single attempt. I have requested the service team to provide me the vehicle health report and diagnosis, instead I'm being told I need to repurchase a part that was just installed 8 months ago with no proof or communication about this. This service department updated a software system on my car without the needed replacement parts and sent me on my way. Two days later My check engine light comes on and then my car went into limp mode 60 car without the needed replacement parts and sent me on my way. Two days later My check engine light comes on and then my car went into limp mode 60 miles from home! I brought it back and they said they would fix it with the new parts. Instead they replaced the recall part and cleared the codes!! They cleared codes to get my car back out the door!! Now 1 day later my check engine light is back on. I had ZERO issues until bringing it in for a recall update. More
