The advisor was very nice, and the video was good and informative. It took two hours, however, and the car was dirty when I received it again. There were lots of smudges all over the body of the vehicle, informative. It took two hours, however, and the car was dirty when I received it again. There were lots of smudges all over the body of the vehicle, and the service department did not put paper or plastic over the seat and floorboard. As soon as I got in my car, my pants had a large black stain on the back of my upper thigh--it was from my seat. The mechanic who got in it had to have had some grease or debri on their pants. I'm glad it was the complimentary oil change, because if it hadn't been I would have demanded it to be fixed then and there. Because it had taken so long, however, I was late for another appointment and had to get going. I can truthfully say I have no desire to go back and have my car serviced at this dealership. More
