Mt experience with #1 Cochran has been a nightmare. I bought a vehicle and within the 1st 6 months had the transmission stick (resulting in me paying for over 1/2 the tow bill), electric panel in the s I bought a vehicle and within the 1st 6 months had the transmission stick (resulting in me paying for over 1/2 the tow bill), electric panel in the shift went bad and several exhaust leaks. It wasn't until I angrily demanded something be done that they used gm credit to assist woth the cost of repairs. My scheduled 7 am appt. was pushed back because I did not wait with the vehicle, leaving me stranded with no way home after work. I don't know how these people sleep at night with the way they treat their customers. This last visit was a much better experience, thanks to the manager Brian. xxxxxxto him for quality customer service. More
