The sales representatives didn't even pretend to care about my needs; I felt uncomfortable the entire time and I did not even want to tell them I had never done this before by myself for fear it would get worse. Golf Mill Ford was recommended to me and for good reason. I came in and Bryan Fulton approached me naturally without any abrasive sales tactics. I mentioned there was a particular used car I was interested in and he breezily went through the process of gathering my information so we could take a ride. The vehicle was exactly what I needed and more. I was also assisted by Sales Manager Mark Rahn, who was a pleasure. Both gentlemen worked with my financial situation flawlessly, Christian Oceguera ensured the paperwork was in order, and they allowed me to come back 2 days later to actually finalize my purchase, which I feel is generous. The car was maintained and had gas in the tank; Bryan even hunted down the 2nd key for me that I didn't expect to exist as I feel most trade-in vehicles will have 1. Although I had test drove a used vehicle, my sales rep, Bryan T. Fulton, and his manager offered me a better deal on a new 2016 Focus. Bryan was very helpful in explaining the car, the features, the options, and related his personal experience as well. Christian was careful to explain the financing in layman's terms, so no surprises there. As for the Focus, my friends and associates have had long term appreciation for theirs, and I have every reason to believe I made an excellent choice buying from Golf Mill Ford. By the way, their showroom is as comfortable and stylish as my new Focus! More
