Although I had test drove a used vehicle, my sales rep, Bryan T. Fulton, and his manager offered me a better deal on a new 2016 Focus. Bryan was very helpful in explaining the car, the features, the options, and related his personal experience as well. Christian was careful to explain the financing in layman's terms, so no surprises there. He waited for HOURS as we researched the best rates for insurance (as we were unaware that you can't drive off the lot without it and came unprepared for that part), even calling to check on quotes for us and calling back again when we had more questions. He spent nearly four hours of his day with us, was extremely responsive to after hours questions and was very prompt with any inquiries/requests. Great customer service. He showed us around the lot and pointed out all their specials and what they had to offer. We could tell he knew a lot about the vehicles in the lot because he was able to give us information on every vehicle he showed us as if he owned them all. Bryan introduced us to Devin Bandy and Jeff Angelini who are also two great sales representatives that were extremely helpful in providing us with further information about the vehicle we had in mind.
