An honest, no-nonsense business. I've gone to one dealership before looking at used cars on my own and the experience was awful. The sales representatives didn't even pretend to care about my needs; I felt uncomfortable the entire time and I did not even want to tell them I had never done this before by myself for fear it would get worse. Golf Mill Ford was recommended to me and for good reason. I came in and Bryan Fulton approached me naturally without any abrasive sales tactics. I mentioned there was a particular used car I was interested in and he breezily went through the process of gathering my information so we could take a ride. The vehicle was exactly what I needed and more. I was also assisted by Sales Manager Mark Rahn, who was a pleasure. Both gentlemen worked with my financial situation flawlessly, Christian Oceguera ensured the paperwork was in order, and they allowed me to come back 2 days later to actually finalize my purchase, which I feel is generous. The car was maintained and had gas in the tank; Bryan even hunted down the 2nd key for me that I didn't expect to exist as I feel most trade-in vehicles will have 1. Thank you all for your help, but Bryan especially for being so attentive, kind and professional. More
