Amazing that you say that. I raised the same concerns with Bryan, my service person, a week ago, and I've heard nothing back since. The two unresolved issues remain unresolved, so you are taking the time to SAY you are addressing the issue here, but you are DOING nothing to actually address my issues. Words are empty without action.
