Bryan was really helpful in choosing the right fit for me. He continued to stay in contact me all through the leasing process. He always answered my questions and even if he didn't have an answer himself he would get one for me. There were times that I would just stop into ask questions and he would still take the time to speak with me. I ended up leasing a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and I couldn't be happier. Go somewhere else I have leased three (3) vehicles with Suburban Chrysler, two (2) of them I re-leased another with no problems. The one (1) I turned in without leasing I have leased three (3) vehicles with Suburban Chrysler, two (2) of them I re-leased another with no problems. The one (1) I turned in without leasing another somehow got me a bill for "damage" of $638.00. Of course there was no damage. I contacted Bryan G. who I leased through and he said there is nothing they can do. Amazing how helpful they are when you want to lease but once you don't re-lease they could care less. They would no help me at all and stated that if I "just would have told them I was not re-lease we would have been ok". They are a terrible dealership and I will not go back to them. I spoke with John Timmington (manager) on the phone, he did everything he could to get me off the phone. He stated its "too bad for you". I will lease another Dodge but NEVER from that dealership! More

Best dealer experience I've ever had! B. Galczynski AAA+++ I was in the market for a new SUV and while browsing the net I found one I needed to look at in The Suburban CDJ of FH lot. I paid a visit and the rec I was in the market for a new SUV and while browsing the net I found one I needed to look at in The Suburban CDJ of FH lot. I paid a visit and the receptionist directed me to Bryan after I told her I needed to speak with a no-nonsense type of salesman. Bryan went the extra mile to make sure I was approved despite my Tier 4 credit and that I was within my budget. Oh, he also made sure my trade-in vehicle (Toyota Venza) was fully paid off at my asking price. We settled on two prospect Jeep Cherokees (Trailhawk and Overland). All I had to do afterwards was to bring my wife the next day to see/test drive them and decide. By the time she did decide it took him only a few minutes to get all the paperwork together and we were out in no time. I would STRONGLY recommend Bryan to anyone in the market for a new vehicle from Suburban CDJ of FH!!! Way to go Bryan!!! More
