Very good tension free experience and great support! I was not having clarity of vehicle. My family is growing and parents also joining us shortly. So which one need to choose, i was kind of unknown st I was not having clarity of vehicle. My family is growing and parents also joining us shortly. So which one need to choose, i was kind of unknown status. Then, Initially we visited to Suburban Dodge Ram Troy branch and met an agent and his manager, actually we are living in Livonia MI. This was a great experience and these guys given different options and all pros and cons of each vehicle and got some idea and left from there since they already closed for the day. After a week went to Suburban Dodge Farmington Hills MI (which is near to me) and met agent 'Bryan Galczynski'. This Guy is awesome and given very good useful information and decided and booked the Dodge journey 2015 with best price. Am very happy and tension free in few hrs. People are well knowledged, educated, helpful on auto vehicles and the support is awesome. More

Great Customer Service Two years ago, I leased a Chrylser 200 from Suburban Chrysler and was extremely pleased with the customer service that Bryan Galczynski provided. A f Two years ago, I leased a Chrylser 200 from Suburban Chrysler and was extremely pleased with the customer service that Bryan Galczynski provided. A few weeks ago, I was in an accident and my 200 was totaled. I had several questions regarding my totaled lease and called Bryan. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. A couple days later I went into the dealership and met with Bryan. I needed to lease a new vehicle quickly as I did not have a car since the accident. He was able to again provide me with great service and place me in a vehicle that I absolutely love...a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. Bryan really made this whole process go smoothly and I could not be happier with my Jeep. I look forward to leasing more vehicles with Suburban and Bryan in the future. More

Awesome customer service I went in to Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Farmington Hills just browsing for a Jeep Wrangler. The Sales Consultant Bryan Galczynski was so help I went in to Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Farmington Hills just browsing for a Jeep Wrangler. The Sales Consultant Bryan Galczynski was so helpful and willing to go above and beyond that I walked out of there 2 days later with the exact Wrangler I wanted. 25 miles is not too far for great service I am retired so I thought leasing a vehicle would be a good option. I contacted Bryan Galczynski and told him that I was looking for a Dodge Journey; I am retired so I thought leasing a vehicle would be a good option. I contacted Bryan Galczynski and told him that I was looking for a Dodge Journey; Bryan asked me what color and options I was looking for and how many miles did I drive a year. When I arrived at the dealership, the Journey was waiting for me to test drive. My wife and I went to lunch and when we came back we were on our way in our new SUV.We drove in from Troy but it was well worth it. No hassle, no nonsense, just as simple as can be. Thanks Bryan! His professionalism, knowledge, and very pleasant demeanor have made this the most comfortable and easiest car purchase ever. His follow up was outstanding, he demonstrated great attention to detail, was patient with my questions and was accommodating with my schedule. After the purchase he went over every option on the car and even programmed my XM radio stations, demonstrated the navigation and set up the Bluetooth for my phone.
