Not once did I test drive the vehicle. Not once did I spend a precious weekend of time (your most valuable resource) at a dealership being “sold” on a vehicle. No once did I feel pressured to make a deal or be told I had a “limited window” to make a decision. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I also traded in two vehicles to make the deal work financially. They picked those up when they dropped off my vehicle at my front door. Bozart will go down as the greatest car dealership ever who never “sold” anything. They were responding to my wants, made me feel heard, sent options and took every call. Ryan nailed it on the vehicle and Bryan stayed late on a holiday to get the deal done. Ed Roberts and his team have completely changed the way I viewed not just car sales, but all sales. With the word “SERVE” in front of everything they do, you could use their model in any business. While driving back I found this car my husband called and spoke to Bryan and just like that all was started. Without us even asking he took a video of our car that we liked, fully showed it to us there was a scratch and he made sure to mention it to us in the video and show it. We got all paperwork emailed and signed. They worked great with our credit union and got everything down. For a small fee they had someone else drive my car to my house! What a hassle free experience that saved a lot of time for us! Great price for the car also! We will do this again in the future! Highly recommend it! More
