We purchased a Demo CrossTrek at Kenny Ross that was virtually still brand new, having only 6000 miles on it. I later went and had the oil changed at the appropriate time and had a great experience- i virtually still brand new, having only 6000 miles on it. I later went and had the oil changed at the appropriate time and had a great experience- in and out like clockwork! No waiting....Then came my Inspection some months later and discovered I needed new tires- which I thought it was way too soon - but the Dealership worked with me on this issue and they really shine! The Service Manager Brian is a true Customer oriented person- I left there very pleased with their attitude and customer emphasis! 5 Stars for sure ! More
