I came here without making appointment to do the oil change and tires rotation, it took me 3 1/2 hours for doing this kind of small job. They told me that they were very busy because of the holiday sea change and tires rotation, it took me 3 1/2 hours for doing this kind of small job. They told me that they were very busy because of the holiday season, so I’ve been misleading by their website which said that you don’t need an appointment if only doing the oil change, tire rotation, and inspections, it was really waste of my time since I had another appointment for something else.
