Brian Hastings went above and beyond to make sure both me and my car were taken care of. When my front plate came off if the car wash he happily retrieved it and helped me put it back on in a way to prevent and my car were taken care of. Explanation of problem was bogus. Also did NOT wash car as indicated on invoice. Service rep said that they did not even have the appropriate tool to address the car's issue since it Also did NOT wash car as indicated on invoice. Service rep said that they did not even have the appropriate tool to address the car's issue since it is a GM product and it was a Subaru dealership. Another dealership in Mount Pleasant said that explanation was untruthful and that they more than likely just did not want to do the repair. Total time at dealership was over 2 hours with NO results!
