Having been on the prowl for a new, used vehicle for about six weeks, I was hesitant in even contacting the dealer when I found they had a Pilot that was similar to what I had been looking at for the wife. I was surprised at the length the dealership went to both give my wife an excellent deal on the Pilot, and also at the financing package that they secured for her from Honda Finance, where the interest rate was nowhere close to what she had been offered by other dealers on a similar vehicle. They saved her $85/month on payments alone. In having done what they have, as a team, they've earned our patronage for both sales and service on both her Pilot and our older CR-V. Once we decided that this was the vehicle for us, the process went smoothly - Matt Bentel was friendly and helpful in taking care of the financial paperwork; Chris Simmons made quick work of the paperwork as well. Brian Horne came out and personally thanked us for our military service and the purchase of the vehicle. And even though it was an hour from our current home, we will be back when it comes to the purchase of our next vehicle. More

This is the third Honda Civic I have purchased through Harrisonburg Honda and my sales associate yesterday, January 17, 2014, Derek Pyburn, was very helpful, patient, personable/friendly, efficient, polished, informed, perceptive, and witty. Derek was able to capture my attention during the periods of down time during the deal process. Mr. Pyburn answered every question I had to the fullest extent and made sure that my needs were taken care of. On a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest rating, I would rate Derek as a 10 overall. What a great asset to your company, he is!! I also worked/spoke with a few other employees at this dealership. Sales Manager, Eric Blosser - was real and honest with me and I really appreciate that. He had my best interest in mind and I respect him because of it. Sales Manager, EC Shifflett - has a wonderful personality and a great flow. He definitely knows business. Business Manager, Matt Bentel - has worked with me before in 2008 during the purchase of my second Honda Civic. He is great at what he does because of his expertise and experience in his position. When we arrived to pick up our vehicles, everything was ready, and we spent less than 2 hrs turning in our ve our 5th and 6th Honda lease purchases. Me & my family have dealt in the past with Harrisonburg Honda & they have always been Great to work with. I arrived and saw the New Civic I wanted to drive. Taylor came out to assist me. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He went over the car before we test drove it and showed me and took the time to explain everything about the car and how it worked. He went above and beyond anything I had ever experienced before. It was very refreshing because there was no pressure or anything during the whole transaction. After I drove the car we looked at different options of financing and leasing. We sat down and looked at the options and it took no time at all and he came back with the payments that I had wanted. In the past when I would do a deal on the price and payments there was always haggling and took forever. Well this was not the Case at Harrisonburg Honda. They were very professional and cared about the needs and to make sure that I was happy and comfortable with the payments. It took very little time for them to get the pricing and payments and I did have a trade in. I was in total shock but yet there was no pressure and they made me feel like a part of the Honda Family at the Dealership. The General Manager Bryan came over also to talk to me and he was so caring about everything and making sure that I was being taken care of and even took time to talk to me about the needs or concerns I had. I did not get the car that evening but the next day and I have to say Bryan and Taylor and everyone at Harrisonburg Honda is a Joy to work with. They made me feel right at home and no pressure and made sure the car was ready and even got the mud guards on before I left and worked it in. This is Customer Service and they made sure I was taken Care of from Start to Finish and went above and beyond. The Finance Manager Robert was very professional also took the time to go over the paperwork and was very Professional and it took no time at all. Bryan and his team are wonderful to work with I would recommend anyone to Harrisonburg Honda and the wonderful service and Team they have. I will continue to always to buy my cars from them in the future and not hesitate at all and tell my friends about them.
