Finally someone asked if I could be helped. I was told my service manager was off sick then left, I said um ok so is someone else going to help me? Yes let's get you booked back in. Booked back in? I just drove 20 minutes to get here! They reluctantly booked me in and got the work done. I can't believe the level of service I didn't receive Not to mention on paying I was charged twice so had to ring around not getting calls back to resolve the issue until finally getting a reply.
