Very disrespectful with the whole process. Treated me like I didn’t know anything and the deal took 3 weeks which I wasn’t aware of. Unprofessional service and the finance person was rude and upset because we got a better deal after two days of back and forth. Had to take two days off work because no one wanted to help me. Was charged 2,000 more for the vehicle. They said APR was goi my to be 8.9 but it’s at 10.2. More
