I wish I could leave a negative stars. After my car sat at this dealership for several months. I finally got the call that it was ready for pick up. When I got there, they asked oh no one called you to which of course I'm surprised. I get there and they say oh your car was broken into on the lot. It's undrivable again. I've reached out to management, leadership as well as Kia's customer service department and I still do not have a resolution. It has been weeks and I still don't have my car. They do not communicate. They are unresponsive and they have not taken responsibility for the fact that my car was damaged under their watch. More

Service advisor had to call the day of my service appointment, nobody did anything with my truck while he was out. Could not get a hold of anyone since they use an offsite call center that forwarded appointment, nobody did anything with my truck while he was out. Went in the next morning and the on duty manager told me if I was going to raise my voice he was going to walk away. Was promised to hear from the service manager and his boss but shockingly I have not heard from neither since. The most miss managed service center I have ever dealt with, To the point it is not worth my time for even the free oil changes and state inspections. Would give zero stars if possible. More
