I am shocked that Jeep has the vehicle set up to take away four and all wheel drive capabilities when anything causes your check engine light to come on. So, if an oxygen sensor goes bad, you cannot utilize any 4x4 or all wheel drive options. THIS IS REALLY BAD IF YOU LIVE WHERE IT SNOWS. THIS IS ACTUALLY NEGLIGENCE IF YOU ASK ME. More

First oil change on my new truck! Came in for my first oil change on my 19 Ram, Bryan the service advisor was very professional, courteous, and expedient while checking my vehicle in. Oil change and inspection was done in 20 minutes, and Bryan went thru the inspection form with me even tho it's a new truck and probably didn't need an inspection. I found them on the internet, scheduled an appointment, and within just a few minutes, I had my appointment and a response from someone verifying my appointment. They took the time to read my message and decided to place an order for a part that might be needed. The comment from the dealer was to try and complete the needed service in one visit. When I arrived, the staff took care of me right away. The part that was ordered was needed. So a good thing the part was ordered. Shipping had not arrived yet, so we needed to pick the service back up in a few hours. When I returned a short time later, the service work was done, and I was on my way in less than an hour. I really appreciate the efforts of this service team. Like I said, top-notch service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
