He is always very kind, friendly and patient with no pressure which is appreciated. He is prompt in response to any questions, issues or concerns I might have and resolves asap. Ken is also very helpful in my understanding all of the buttons, devices, and features in my new car. He’s willing to help me anytime. Bryan Moser did an excellent job working with us. I had an issue come up with another vehicle, and Bryan made sure my car got finished in time so we did not miss our daughters soccer game.
