Brian Moser was helpful and polite.

However, he was overworked. He was busy with another customer which kept me waiting 15 minutes for my apt. The waiting area in service is shameful for Crown Mercedes’. I asked for my car washed and it was driven thru the wash and the windows were full of water spots Brian did a fine job so it’s no reflection on him, he was very pleasant to work with. This was my first experience with service and I was disappointed. I understand good help is hard to find so don’t let this affect Brian’s review as I feel he was overly busy that day and all other cubicles were empty.
I saw no evidence of sanitization in my car, what was I to expect? There was no paper on the floor or whatever. That question was asked in the survey.

We are very sorry that Bryan was with another customer when you arrived and the water spots on the windows after it was washed. Typically the car wash ‘blowers’ do a great job, but your vehicle should have been wiped down. Unfortunately, like many businesses, we are currently having staffing issues.
