Normally, I work with Shen, but he wasn't available. Bryan Moser stepped up and handled our non-emergency, but time critical car maintenance needs. I took my CLA45 here for service another dealer could not complete. My vehicle was covered under a 3rd party warranty. Bryan Moser did such an amazing job of showing me the care and attention of a normal cli complete. My vehicle was covered under a 3rd party warranty. Bryan Moser did such an amazing job of showing me the care and attention of a normal client, even fighting with the warranty company on my behalf in order to cover a very costly repair. I'm amazed by his willingness to go above and beyond which has gained Crown an ongoing client thanks to Bryan. More
