I'm engaged to be married in July 2024. I like to have fun fishing and doing things with my kids. I love my job cause this is awesome company to work for. I get to spend everyday with my father cause he works here. My mission is to help better people's lives by finding them the vehicle that fits their wants and needs.

Not happy with my purchase with Jim butler. It has been to the service center twice and I'll be calling again for the same issues. Brian just says what you want to hear to get you to buy a car. It has been to the service center twice and I'll be calling again for the same issues. Brian just says what you want to hear to get you to buy a car. Once the paperwork is done he washes his hands of you. He doesn't keep his word at all. My mom and grandmother just bought vehicles. He did them the same way. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. More

Kim, our Service Advisor kept us up-dated on a regular basis. We knew we were not forgotten. Jim Butler dealership kept the car and did the required warranted work. The fact that this "part" was on "na basis. We knew we were not forgotten. Jim Butler dealership kept the car and did the required warranted work. The fact that this "part" was on "national back order" for a 2023 vehicle speaks "bad" for Chevrolet. The fact that we were consistently informed, and the part was obtained speaks very well for Jim Butler dealership. More

Easy to schedule, the work was completed in reasonable time. I had a special request (that should have been fixed before I even purchased the vehicle, but I digress) that was very minor that I put in the time. I had a special request (that should have been fixed before I even purchased the vehicle, but I digress) that was very minor that I put in the online appointment notes, confirmed over the phone, confirmed again when I was with the advisor that hadn't been completed. Then when they brought the truck back in to the service bay, they just left it on for more than 15 minutes (it isn't a diesel) while they attended to the front plate bracket. Everyone was very, very nice, it was just a bit frustrating. The other thing I've noted at this dealership over several trips during the purchase of my vehicle, accessory install, etc. is the number of employees smoking or vaping in what I would consider front of house or customer areas. It's so unpleasant to walk out the front doors or come up the side of the building from the service bay (where customers are dropping off cars) and right into a cloud of smoke. Please give employees an area that customers do not have access to for these activities. It's quite off putting and will factor into my choice of service centers. I've never noticed in decades of taking cars to dealerships across many manufacturers employees taking smoke breaks, so it really sticks out for me. More
