Not happy with my purchase with Jim butler. It has been to the service center twice and I'll be calling again for the same issues. Brian just says what you want to hear to get you to buy a car. Once the paperwork is done he washes his hands of you. He doesn't keep his word at all. My mom and grandmother just bought vehicles. He did them the same way. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. More

Kim, our Service Advisor kept us up-dated on a regular basis. We knew we were not forgotten. Jim Butler dealership kept the car and did the required warranted work.
