My husband and I went there to just look at cars as our lease was not up until the end of May. We found a car that we really liked the management and sales department people were excellent and getting us e lease was not up until the end of May. I give Copeland Subaru 5 stars because buying a car was a very smooth process, and there was no pressure, from working with Patrick in Sales, Brittany in Finance and Bryan Scarpellini! I had to bring my car very smooth process, and there was no pressure, from working with Patrick in Sales, Brittany in Finance and Bryan Scarpellini! I had to bring my car back for an unfamiliar noise, Nate in service was excellent to work with. He found and solved the issue right away. Great team, friendly service and very knowledgeable. More

Friendly, worked with me in adjusting the price of the car that I could agree to. Got the new car registered and I drove it out the parking lot that same day. I found though, that when I was not sure car that I could agree to. Got the new car registered and I drove it out the parking lot that same day. I found though, that when I was not sure about the car due to the price… they responded with; we have no idea when the next shipment of cars are coming in. I found out after the fact, the car shipment came in the next day…. ???? More

I have never felt so comfortable at a dealership! I am always treated with respect and kindness.
