JR Dietrich started me off with this dealership by providing a sincere and concentrated effort to produce the best results for my first purchase. Sheena Hersch is the best service person I have ever worked with and she is absolutely flawless when is comes to keeping your car maintained and safe on the road. When it was time to purchase my wife a new car this was the place to go. Right from the start Brian Statler (our sales rep) was courteous and informative. .Not being an experienced car buyer I was reluctant but soon found out that Brian was there to help me not take advantage of me. Excellent I titled this review excellent because from the moment my husband and I stepped onto the pavement at the dealership we were treated "excellent". I titled this review excellent because from the moment my husband and I stepped onto the pavement at the dealership we were treated "excellent". We were greeted in a most friendly, non pushy manner. We were interested in the new Chevy Malibu, in white, which was in stock! The test drive was not rushed and the salesman Bryan was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything about every feature the vehicle had including all the modern computer technology. And he didn't skip a beat! When we decided that we were interested in a lease, we began to talk price. As my husband stuck to his price decision we were graciously introduced to Bryan's supervisor. We haggled a bit and ended up leaving to check out other dealers. We wanted to go to another Chevy Dealer to ensure that we were in fact getting a good deal! At another dealer we told them our desired price and the offer that we had received. As we suspected "they couldn't even come close." The next day we went back to Wind Gap Chevrolet Buick and leased the Malibu! After we picked up the car and got home, Bryan (who came in on his day off for the sale) called us from home to help us pair our cell phone! I am not one to write reviews but I felt this review was well deserved. What an excellent experience for us! We will choose this dealership again and will ask for Bryan for sure! i was much more than completely satisfied. i'm in my mid-seventies and have been buying cars and trucks for over 50 years-thats 25 vehicles. i came to wind gap on the advice of a friend and bec i'm in my mid-seventies and have been buying cars and trucks for over 50 years-thats 25 vehicles. i came to wind gap on the advice of a friend and because brown-daub in nazareth had blown me off for two months....even though i previously purchased two cars there-neither of those transactions were super pleasant. it seemed they were not interested in my business....maybe partly because i was paying cash. mr statler met me in the parking lot, i explained my experience and i had the exact car i wanted and the deal was done in a half hour. no nonsense, no singing or dancing and the price was 1000.00 less than what i had been quoted at brown daub. mr. statler was wonderful and i will be buying all my future cars and trucks from him. The Way It Should Be At A Dealership! We bought 2 new Chevy Trax this week from Wind Gap Chevy. This is the only place that we've bought from and allowed to service our vehicles in the last 5 years. Their prices on new vehicles are the best around and they don't try to push repairs you don't need when it comes to their service department. Did you ever go to a dealership and there is only 1 or 2 customers walking around browsing the lot? You wont find that here as they are usually swamped... and there is a reason why! If you go into dealerrater and pull up the entire state of Pennsylvania, you will find that there are 157 Chevrolet dealers. Wind Gap Chevy is #2... and has the largest number of reviews! If you've ever seen those cheesy tv commercials where there is so many customers that the dealership seems overrun... That's kind of how it is if you shop late afternoon when everyone gets out of work. These guys sell more vehicles than any dealership that I've ever seen. Try another dealership and you'll find 3 or 4 salesman surfing the web on a laptop because it's not there turn yet! You wont find that at Wind Gap unless it's early in the morning or raining out. More
