The best experience I’ve ever had. They sold the car at the best price with limited dealer add-ons and zero rip off market adjustment that other dealers say are necessary. Even after agreeing to a an interest rate that I considered fair, they proactively requested and obtained a tier bump for a lower rate. The only time I’ve ever felt that a dealer was actually trying to get me the best possible deal instead of trying to maximize their profit at my expense. On top of that, they moved the process along as quickly as possible completing the entire fresh face in the lot to vehicle delivery in just over one hour. Amazing how quickly things progress when we can skip haggling over vehicle price, trade value and terms of finance. For customers who do their homework and know exactly what a fair deal is before setting foot on the lot, the experience is refreshing. For the less informed customer, they will avoid the unpleasant experience of finding out later how they were taken advantage of by other dealers who tailor their deals to get the highest possible profit. This dealer plays the long game and will be my first stop for my next vehicle purchase. More
