Compared to the Audi Ontario, the employees at Walter's Audi in Riverside really made me, a first time Audi buyer, feel welcomed and helped me make decisions in choosing my dream car. To be honest, I came in just to look at cars but Mr. Anthony's professionalism, approachable personality, and passion about Audi's really made me feel welcomed and super enthusiastic as an Audi buyer compared to my experience in Ontario. I had an excellent experience at Walter’s Audi in Riverside, from the moment I walked on to the lot till the end of my transaction. I was approached by Ryan Gonzalez, initially as I was perusing th Riverside, from the moment I walked on to the lot till the end of my transaction. I was approached by Ryan Gonzalez, initially as I was perusing the lot. There was no high pressure, which I appreciated. He was very kind and courteous. I was not sure about purchasing the car that day but he stayed in touch with me over the next few days. On the day that I decided to come by with my husband, Ryan was not working but assured me that I would be taken care of by Joshua Rambow. Joshua was also very kind, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He guided us through the purchasing process with ease. Joshua also walked us through the car technology and answered questions we had in the moment and made it clear that we could reach out at any time with questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

The finance department does not excel in communication or customer satisfaction. The service department does a good job in listening to concerns and seems to take care of the customers concerns. The sale man customer satisfaction. The service department does a good job in listening to concerns and seems to take care of the customers concerns. The sale management team did a good job in customer recovery techniques however could be more tactful in the way they word or ask questions, now a days professionals come in all colors shapes, and backgrounds you really don’t know who may be stepping into the dealership and what kind of influences they may have. The best part of this experience was the salespersons I dealt with. They only reason I scored them as average/good. We will see how they do moving forward but not sure I will return to this particular dealership. More
