I called to make an appointment, I spoke with a very nice young lady and gave her the list of issues. I dropped my car off on Monday 8/4 evening for my 8:30 appointment on Tuesday 8/5. I was rudely “greeted” young lady and gave her the list of issues. I dropped my car off on Monday 8/4 evening for my 8:30 appointment on Tuesday 8/5. I was rudely “greeted” by a woman who took my keys but seemed to inconvenienced I asked for help with directions with dropping my vehicle off. I received a text saying I missed my appointment at about 10:30 on Tuesday. I called the dealership to let them know that I received that text and that they have my car and they have had my car since Monday night. The rude lady I gave my keys and name to didn’t pass them on as she said she would. The person I spoke with reassured me that they would find my car and start evaluating it. Then Wednesday came around and I never received a phone call. I had to call. They said that the battery was bad and asked if I wanted to buy another one. I had told them that the sticker on the battery said that I was still in warranty and it should be replaced for free. The gentleman on the phone laughed and said that I was correct and that they were going to put a battery in it and that I was good to come right then and there to pick it up. Before hanging up I asked if the window was working because that was one of the issues I had called out originally the gentleman said yes it’s good to go. I take an Uber to the dealership to pick up my vehicle and it was not fixed. They tell me that they need to keep it another day then I have to come back, so I called another ride to come get me. The next day I don’t receive a phone call so I call them at almost 4 PM asking for an update. They tell me that the battery issue blew the motor in the window and that they had to order part. I then ask them if they can provide a rental car and they said that’s fine and told me to come up to the dealership to get it. I picked up the rental car Wednesday evening Thursday comes around. I don’t hear anything Friday comes around and still don’t hear anything. I called the dealership and ask them if the vehicle is ready they said yes I go pick up the vehicle. everything seems to be working fine, but when I looked underneath the hood, they put a old battery in it with expiration date of the current year. The battery that I had previously had in there had a warranty until the end of 2026 so now I have to call the dealership again and have them give me a battery with a warranty on it just in case it fails again, causing an electrical issue. There was poor communication and a lot of run around. if I didn’t know more about cars I would’ve not thought to look at the battery warranty date. More

Really a disappointment. I needed an oil change and after an hour that’s all I got. I had an appointment and didn’t expect it to take an hour to change the oil. I didn’t get an inspection report, complementary car wash or window sticker to remind me of the next service. The area is dated with worn furniture and the coffee was pretty stale late afternoon. Need to look at the service department at Nissan of Cumming for improvement. This is where I bought my last Rogue and they are heads and shoulders above what I experienced. More
