I bought a new Volvo here in December 2024. Even though I was in Long Beach, the transaction was done entirely remotely. Manny Rojas was my sales guy and he was 100% on the ball, every time. He facilitated the transaction in a short time window, and provided delivery of the car in an even shorter window before I traveled for the holidays. Even months after I purchased the car and there was a delay/snafu with the DMV not sending new plates, Manny took charge and made thing right in short order. Bryant Perez in finance was also a superstar, quickly rectifying a financing snafu involving one of his colleagues. He also made the remote transaction as simple as it could be. I will say it was sometimes hard to get someone on the phone at the dealership - they seemed understaffed in the finance/admin department - but Manny saved the day there, too, since he was always responsive in text and would try to follow up on my behalf. There was never any hard sell, the car delivered was exactly as represented, and it was one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. Highly recommend the team at Volvo Cars Santa Monica for your Volvo. More
