I was told that my percentage was going to be lower than it was actually when I sign3e the paperwork. I had driven 3 hours based on the rate I was given then when I got the paperwork it was different. Then it was actually when I sign3e the paperwork. Then after ai got the car I notice the oil life was not on 100% when I asked about it i was told that they would check into and never heard back from that person. When follow up call came I told them about this and other papework issues. None of them were ever fully resolved. I am almost to the point of need an oil change so we will see if they told me the truth about being able utilize the free oul changes and tire rotations at the dealership I have locally. More

To be honest, the lease language and procedure were different than Minnesota - actually confusing. We came back in several days later, and LaVaughn and Bijon from Finance walked us through each line item and ultimately resolved the issues we had to our mutual satisfaction. They are consummate professionals, patiently listened to our concerns, understood our frustration and treated us, not like just another sale, but as family. We will be back! More
