All in all everyone I worked with was helpful and did what they could to make my deal work. We hit a couple of snags with timing that was out of their control but in the end it all worked out and I love what they could to make my deal work. Perfect credit and negotiations need not apply at this dealership. Guarantees consist of false advertisement of prices and waste of customers time. Every conversation with this horrible dealership increases the price by an additional two thousand dollars. No one is on the same page, so depending on who you talk to is the price of the moment regarding the same vehicle. If a deal is reached, add on's that are not even discussed are forced onto the customer that involuntarily increases the vehicle price. If customer does not agree on the mandated add on's, it makes the customer ineligible for the desired vehicle. So if a waste of time and made up pricing is for you, then this is the dealership of your dreams! More
