Good experience with good customer service I traded in a Subaru Crosstrek for a 2018 Mazda 3 and worked with Bryn. He was very personable, helpful, and seemed knowledgeable about the car, he also worked hard to have the car I was interested in ready to go and picked it up in advance for me from the dealership’s other location. The dealership provided good customer service and Bryn worked hard to move things through quickly since I had driven some distance to the dealership. There were some misunderstandings initially following my purchase but Tad, the finance manager, reached out and clarified things and offered a positive resolution. I love my Mazda 3! More
