He was very personable, helpful, and seemed knowledgeable about the car, he also worked hard to have the car I was interested in ready to go and picked it up in advance for me from the dealership’s other location. The dealership provided good customer service and Bryn worked hard to move things through quickly since I had driven some distance to the dealership. There were some misunderstandings initially following my purchase but Tad, the finance manager, reached out and clarified things and offered a positive resolution. I love my Mazda 3! More

Great staff, great vehicles Ordered a car which was designed but not being built quite yet. Turned out it would take a lot longer to actually get it built and delivered. But during the months we waited, the dealership somehow managed to get the car on the official build list, built and finally delivered. During this entire time the sales staff was responsive every time we contacted them and they kept us informed whenever something associated with our vehicle model happened. Because of that we got to test drive the similar model as soon as it arrived and got updates every time something changed with our order. Ok it was a long road but made much easier by the communication and friendliness of the staff. Car finally came in and was prepped and delivered as quickly as possible. The delivery process was easy and nice to be able to sit inside the showroom with the car since the weather didn’t want to cooperate. Extremely happy with the car but going to miss all the contact with these guys. Guess we’ll have to drop in from time to time just to keep in touch. More
