Austin, was immediately present for me, guiding me along with the information of the parts needed, the cost involved, as well as, the approximate repair time. I was out the door after waiting inside their beautiful lounge area, after 1.5 hours; a total surprise for me, since I had assumed a 3 to 4 hours wait. Also, their lounge was stocked with coffee, a variety of drinks, cookies and snacks, which I felt was a very nice touch. Austin was professional, well informed and was available throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this dealership. More
