Noticed there was no washer fluid in the reservoir and questioned whether there was a leak. Brian (who has been there for many, many years and previously was a service writer when we use to take the old 2005 Mazda Tribute in for service) ) is now the Service Dept. Asst. Manager. He had the reservoir pressure tested, confirmed there was no leak and filled it with washer fluid. If you're looking for a new Mazda, this is the place to go to. More

We went to go buy my son his first car. The salesman, Jeremy, was absolutely wonderful. He worked hard to find the perfect vehicle for us. He was so patient and helped us stay in budget. He never tried any high-pressure sales tactics like we had encountered at other dealerships. Sport Mazda North assisted us with obtaining financing and a warranty for the powertrain. Bud, in the finance department, gave us the opportunity to pick the length of the loan that would work best for us. He saved us money when possible and we left highly satisfied. Jeremy even followed up with us the next day to see if we had any questions or concerns. He is the best salesman and treated us like we were buying the most expensive car in the place versus the used car we bought. I highly recommend this dealership and their amazing salesman, Jeremy! My husband and I went there to trade in my car and ended up trading in both of our cars. I purchased from this dealership back when it was Corey Fairbanks and my experience was not good. This time it was excellent and we ended up with 2 cars that we love. Bud in finance was also great to work with. The delivery person (terrible I forgot her name, but she has a mazda3) was very helpful getting me set up with Apple Car Play. Thanks Jeremy for all of your help! Great experience-highly recommend!! The team at Sport Mazda North literally went above and beyond to get me out of a Honda lease that I was NOT happy with at all! My first car buying experience was so horrible that I went into this dealersh beyond to get me out of a Honda lease that I was NOT happy with at all! My first car buying experience was so horrible that I went into this dealership with my guards up.. there was no need for that thanks to the honest, quick and smooth service provided by Sport Mazda North. First and foremost huge shoutout to Ashley who was so consistent with following up with my interest in a Mazda 3 Hatchback, if it weren’t for her persistence I honestly wouldn't have made the appointment. I arrived late to my appointment but she brought me over to Nathan and promised I’d be in good hands.. boy was she right! I was trying to get out of a lease that I was paying way too much for and honestly thought there would be no way to get out of my situation. I even went to another dealership to talk about my lease and he basically crushed my hope into getting out of my terrible, up-side down lease agreement. I only had to tell my story one time to Nathan and he came back with not one but 2 different options to get out of my lease. After he asked me a couple of questions, he listened to what was most important to me and was able to get me into a car that I am extremely happy with paying and driving! Let me remind you that my interest was in a Mazda 3 Hatchback and Nathan introduced me to the 2020 Mazda 3 Sedan and I immediately fell in love when he pulled up for a test drive! Thanks Nathan for the experience it was exceptional! Ok now I’m convinced I want this new car, Nathan has gone back and fourth with the banks to get me a good deal, the deal has been locked and I’m sitting at the Financial desk with Bud.. (this is typically the point in the process where they try to convince you to spend more money then you actually can afford by adding some features, maintenance plan or installation) and he not once tried to sell me anything because he heard of my situation, In fact he was able to lower the price on my initial monthly payment plan making it closer to the budget I was working with!! So not only am I paying less then I thought but now I also have 4 years of free oil change and lifetime warranty... MIND BLOWN!! He was honest, made the process smooth and FUN.. (I know right what’s so fun about sitting at the financial desk) Bud had a great sense of humor and really created an unforgettable experience. Shout out to the women who helped me get my car features, connectivity set up! I forgot her name but she also made that experience fun with her convivial sense of humor, she was awesome! Moral of the story, I am now financing a new 2020 Mazda 3 Sedan and paying almost $150 less then I was paying for a car that I wasn’t truly happy with, when I thought I’d be stuck with an expensive lease for 2 and half more years. I love my new Mazda, I now have leather seats that feel amazing and BOSE speaker sound system WOAHHH!! I recommend all first time buyers to visit Sport Mazda North! If you are trying to get out of your miserable lease.. go there! if you are just trying to get in a new whip.. go there! They will get you what you need without applying pressure. Thanks again guys!
