Everyone was such a pleasant to work with. Ashley is AMAZING! I must start off by saying that this is my first time buying a car. I never had to buy one (or even drive one) for 15 years because I lived in San Francisco where public transportation w is my first time buying a car. When I moved to Florida (Orlando to be exact), I quickly found out that an automobile is NECESSARY. So when I decided to purchase a car, I knew I wanted a Mazda 3 and as fate would have it, I found a random ad for a really good deal on the exact model I wanted. Less than a week later, I met Ashley at the dealership, who had been in contact with me through texts a few days prior to that first meeting. If there was one word to describe Ashley, that word would be PATIENT. I was definitely not the easiest customer to deal with; not because of my attitude, but because of my financial situation. Since this was my first time purchasing a vehicle, I had no credit and had to bring my mother along as the co-signer. As Ashley will tell you, my mother is a master with getting what she wants. And what she wanted was (what I thought) to pay below sticker price. And not only do I have a new-found respect for my mom, but even more respect to Ashley (and her team) for their willingness to work with us and to be very considerate about my need to keep my monthly payments to something I can manage. I am basically unemployed and starting a new business and a car is something I really needed more than I realized. And Ashley has honestly been a god-send. I told her that I would write her a review back in May when i purchased my awesome 2014 Mazda 3 (with decent mileage and a clean CarFax report). 4 months later, I can truly say I am completely satisfied with the service and care I received from Ashley and her team here at Sport Mazda North (where I sit waiting for my current service request)! Ashley, THANK YOU so much for being awesome and more importantly, for being so PATIENT (with this very late review). I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND seeing my girl Ashley Ramsey at Sport Mazda North when you’re ready to buy a Mazda! LOVE YOU GUYS! More

Always a good experience. Was the 2nd lease of a Mazda CX-5. Jorell was the salesperson and Bud in finance handled the paperwork. Will definitely be back when ready for our next lease. Noticed there was no washer fluid in the reservoir and questioned whether there was a leak. Brian (who has been there for many, many years and previously was a service writer when we use to take the old 2005 Mazda Tribute in for service) ) is now the Service Dept. Asst. Manager. He had the reservoir pressure tested, confirmed there was no leak and filled it with washer fluid. If you're looking for a new Mazda, this is the place to go to. More

We went to go buy my son his first car. The salesman, Jeremy, was absolutely wonderful. He worked hard to find the perfect vehicle for us. He was so patient and helped us stay in budget. He never tried any high-pressure sales tactics like we had encountered at other dealerships. Sport Mazda North assisted us with obtaining financing and a warranty for the powertrain. Bud, in the finance department, gave us the opportunity to pick the length of the loan that would work best for us. He saved us money when possible and we left highly satisfied. Jeremy even followed up with us the next day to see if we had any questions or concerns. He is the best salesman and treated us like we were buying the most expensive car in the place versus the used car we bought. I highly recommend this dealership and their amazing salesman, Jeremy! My husband and I went there to trade in my car and ended up trading in both of our cars. I purchased from this dealership back when it was Corey Fairbanks and my experience was not good. This time it was excellent and we ended up with 2 cars that we love. Bud in finance was also great to work with. The delivery person (terrible I forgot her name, but she has a mazda3) was very helpful getting me set up with Apple Car Play. Thanks Jeremy for all of your help! Great experience-highly recommend!!
