Each time I went into the office, Buddy was patient with me and answered all my questions. Most importantly, he never pressured me into making the sale. He told me to take my time and think about it because it's a big decision to make. When I decided I was going to lease, the day I came in to pick up my car, Buddy took his time with me by showing me video tutorials of specific features my car has. He also sat in the car with me and showed me how to use additional features in the car and encouraged me to ask questions. Buddy wanted me to feel comfortable with the car before I drove off and I appreciate that very much!
