This is the worst dealership I've ever been to in my life. I have seen used car dealerships that were nicer and CLEANER than this place. I am truly amazed that Chrysler has not made them tear this place down and rebuild! Now let's start with the issue. I wanted a certain style vehicle. I went to the Jimmy britt statesboro website, found the one i wanted, called the statesboro dealership, talked to a sales representative, ask the lowest price, he didn't even know the price, told me I needed to come in to get a price, scheduled an appointment to come in that day. About a hour before appointment, sales manager called and said that vehicle i was interested in was in Dublin, I would need to come in next day to see it. Sales manager gave me a guesstimate on price. I like price so said I would come in next day. Next day, different sales manager called me, said vehicle from dublin would be in later that afternoon, I set appointment for 4. Got to dealership at 4, THERE IS LITERALLY NO DODGE CARAVAN ON THE WHOLE LOT!!! They were supposed to have a used 2019 for me to look at, they had none. Sales manager Matt, showed me a different vehicle, which I like and eventually agreed on a fair price and I bought. But once again, this was not the vehicle I came here for. Also, no one at this place but a select few know the price of anything! And Bryon, the finance guy, is HORRIBLE! No personality! No sense of humor! I don't even think he has communication skills. He doesn't ever need to work with the public. I started to walk out of the deal just because of him. HORRIBLE! Last but not least, your service department is xxxx! They owed us a spare key, getting one from this service department was way harder than it should be. I think the only reason they finally got us one is because we threatened to go to another dealership and bill it to them. But I assure you, I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR TO BE SERVICE BY THEM AGAIN. EVER. Will never buy or send anyone to them to buy a car either. More

I went there to look at 2 trucks with a qouted price. My number one choice they had done a lift kit and large tires. It nice but I wanted the truck original. Finally I found the truck I wanted. I wasn't trading so i lost a discount, i had excellent credit, i lost out, then some BS excuse why I couldn't have st the price on the price theh sent me. We were about to leave when Bootsey msfe sbother offer. And it was above what was offered . We headed for the door and I was asked what it eoukd take, and once again, the orice that they emailed me. Finally they agreed to that price. Total waste of time. I drove almost two to deal with them, abd I will not return for this reson. I don't like games. Brendon was super nice but coikd not answer a lot of questions about the truck and still ttying to figure things out. The truck detail was a joke. I vacummed the truck when I got home and amount of crap under the mats were unreal, windows filthy insidd and out. My daughter wss going to bu from here,but has decided not too after hearing how the deal went and condition of my truck. Don't qoute a price and give a different one when the customer arrives. More
