This was my first experience with Service Advisor Rob Floroplus. He did an excellent job. I have been having all my service on my 4 Toyotas conducted at this dealership since it opened under Jerry Dura Floroplus. He did an excellent job. To be honest, my service experience since sale to Shottenkirk has not been as timely or professional, and the orderliness of the dealership has suffered.
