I purchased my car from your dealership (back in 2018). Since then, I've made it a habit to take my car to Shottenkirk for any and every service I need for my car. Your staff is very, very friendly, and Since then, I've made it a habit to take my car to Shottenkirk for any and every service I need for my car. Your staff is very, very friendly, and a pleasure to speak with. Whereas a lot of car repair companies make it their habit to upsell maintenance, Shottenkirk simply does not do that. Yes, they'll recommend replacing a filter, or getting a front-end alignment, but, they have never tried to tell me that I need major work done. For example, I took a Ford Mustang (that I drove) to Firestone once to get my radiator flushed. They told me that they couldn't do it because I had a head gasket leak! This turned out to be totally false! Well, (anyway), I really appreciate how I am treated at Shottenkirk. Your maintenance department does great work and does so quite fast! More
