I absolutely am blown away by the service, attention and detail this dealership provides for its customers. From the scent in the bathroom to the high quality leather chairs, coffee, and little shopping area - AND their communication, it’s very clear that this dealership aims to go above and beyond to put the customer first from appointment booking, follow up on new car appraisal, to taking the dedicated time to walk you through your repairs so you completely understand them, providing financing, and making sure you are comfortable not only during your stay but after by leaving your car freshly washed. I live an hour away and I will choose to come here and spend my dollars with my service advisor, alex, who I trust and who has never once been rude or made me feel uneducated as a customer. I enjoy my experience every single time I come and look forward to it. I choose to come here, even though it’s an hour drive, and it’s worth every penny. unlike other dealers who treat you like crud, this place really tries to go above and beyond.
