Never had any issues with the service department. I just wish Toyota would get the "fix" for my Tacoma done and to the dealers. I believe her name was Gaby (?) In the service dept, was wonderful. She explained about the stupid rodents that ate my car, and what caused it. It took longer than I thought, but they gave me a loaner so I didn't have to rent a car. So, Gaby was great!
