I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance to have the horn replaced on my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. Unfortunately, when I arrived I found out the part hadn't been ordered yet. The service has been just fine but the problem remains in my Palisade where all cruise and lane assist error out each time I go on a trip. It will stay off for a day or two and by the time I am returning, th my Palisade where all cruise and lane assist error out each time I go on a trip. It will stay off for a day or two and by the time I am returning, the car resets to a working condition. This is not acceptable and they say they cannot replicate the problem or find anything in the cars computer logs, although I provided multiple pictures of the dash errors. I was left for six days without a ride. I dropped the car off on Tuesday afternoon and was told they would get hold of me in a day or two. Friday I called and expressed I needed my car and was told the technician would call me back. I had to travel at my expense for a vehicle and was not contacted until Monday of the following week. This is not acceptable and I would like to know what are the terms in warranty for providing a loaner vehicle. Additionally this system would not allow me to submit my feedback unless I put an indication for the Management and Admin Department. I have no idea who these people are! More
