Scheduled appt and no one even called. Called back at 5PM and was told the car had not even been looked at. This lead up to 3 days with nothing being done. I had a 9:30 am appt for a recall and another issue with the infotainment system.i also requested a car wash. My car was not ready for pick up until 6pm and that was only because I went there. I believe the the infotainment system.i also requested a car wash. My car was not ready for pick up until 6pm and that was only because I went there. I believe they did not start service on it until after 4 because they told me that they were having trouble downloading software because of a tracker device on my car. I bought the car from this dealership, only they have serviced it, and I never gave permission to put on a tracker. The service mgr did some research and said they got the car new from a dealer in Maryland who must have put the tracker on the car. The service mgr removed the tracker, but it is concerning that this was not disclosed at time of sale. I was told that they could not replicate the infotainment issue (purple screen which is a known problem to Hyundai), and that the car was wash another 30 minute wait. Why does this dealership have you make appointments that they don’t honor? This is not the first time that I have had to wait for simple warranty maintenance. I find this unacceptable. Something needs to be done with efficiency at this dealership. I would hesitate in buying another car from them because of the bad service. More
