I had reported it to them and still waiting on a response. When I called for an update they told me that it has been resolved, but it has not been resolved. I can’t take my family on a ride because of safety concern about the seatbelt. I am very disappointed .for the piece I paid I’m not recommending this dealer

My follow up they told me they have to order the part,

Then I was told on Saturday they just do oil service maintenance. The next appiontment will be on Monday? I dropped off my Touson at 10:15am on Monday, same I was told it will be done in couple of hours but after my few calls, I was able to get it back at 3:15pm? I guess it due to under hyundai warranty coverage koons dealership was least interested to fixed my repairs? This is the 2nd time I have very bad experience at Koons dealership.
