Please read my review about Southern Greenbrier KIA. Good afternoon to those who are looking to buy a new vehicle. Southern Greenbrier KIA has asked that I send a review about our experience at Southe Good afternoon to those who are looking to buy a new vehicle. Southern Greenbrier KIA has asked that I send a review about our experience at Southern Greenbrier KIA, after the way my daughter and I was treated. So here goes. My daughter and I had been driving the entire Greater Tidewater area ( Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Newport News, Williamsburg etc.) for two weeks looking to purchase her a newer vehicle. We had driven almost ever type of vehicle with the exception of KIA's, as we had never gave any thought as to looking at or test driving a one. Thursday afternoon as we were on our way to attend several other Greenbriar dealership appointments, we passed Southern Greenbrier KIA. We decided to turn around and see what KIA was all about, and there we met sales person Mr. C.J. Burns. After spend some time with him and Team KIA Greenbrier we looked at and test drove several vehicles. After driving these vehicles Mr. Burns assisted in providing my daughter with several quotes. However even though we did not purchase a vehicle she was highly interested in several KIA Optima's. The patience Mr. Burns and the entire Southern Greenbrier KIA Team showed us was phenomenal. We left and continued our endeavors to attend our other appointments. When we had the opportunity, My daughter and I talked about how Mr. Burns and the entire KIA Team treated us and how they worked with us on the pricing of these new vehicles. Upon returned home that night I continue my homework as to the ratings of new cars. After reading JD Powers and Consumers Report reviews on KIA's I was completely astonished as to the high ranking and superior ratings that both JD Powers and Consumers Report had given KIA. JD Powers rated and awarded KIA as the number one vehicles for the past two years. The next morning I decided to go to several independent Auto Body/Repair shops around the tidewater area and inquired as to their thoughts about the quality and safety of the new KIA's. All shops state that because of the brilliant engineering, redesigning, and materials now used in the building of KIA's, that they are unbelievable Safety, of excellent quality, highly dependable and that they are exceptionally comparable to considerable much higher priced vehicles. All shops gave outstanding remarks as to why I should look into purchasing a KIA. They also informed me that KIA makes all of their vehicle body repair parts and that aftermarket body parts are non-available. This means that when a KIA is in need of repair parts after an accident, that the new KIA body parts fit precisely without having to make modifications, which also is a big safety factor when making vehicle repairs. And now for the rest of the story. Southern Greenbrier KIA and the other Team KIA members are of the highest class. The entire KIA Greenbrier Team is untouchable in the way they treat their customers. It was because of Mr. Newman, Mr. Burns, Ms. Kakley, Mr. Johnson and the rest of Team KIA exceptional demeanor, their superior professionalism as well as their highest quality of excellent that made our final decision to return back to KIA Greenbrier the following Monday afternoon, where my daughter decided to purchase her new KIA Optima SXL Turbo. However before she signed the final agreement, it was because of the way we had been treated by Team KIA I decided that I wanted to purchase a new KIA Optima SXL Turbo for my wife as well. The entire Team KIA could not have performed any better, as they went above and beyond in performing their duties. It is not every day that one has the pleasure and opportunity to meet person of Mr. C.J. Burns stature and excellence. If I had to put into words Southern Greenbrier KIA performance ratings, the phrasing would include that they are, Superlative, Outstanding, Magnificent, Brilliant, Exceptional, Untouchable, Supreme and First-class in every rating category, and that is the reason why my daughter and I both purchased the two new KIA's Optima SXL Turbos from Southern Greenbrier KIA at the same time. We will continue to pass your contact information on to all as we hold you and Southern Greenbrier KIA in our highest respects. Black 2017 Malibu The sales person was GREAT. When I went to purchase the 2017 Malibu I thought the man in finance was good until I really looked at the contract and no The sales person was GREAT. When I went to purchase the 2017 Malibu I thought the man in finance was good until I really looked at the contract and noticed he added on items that I declined. I feel I was scammed. When I returned he agreed to refund the items but the damage was done. I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership again in fact I will let everyone I know not to purchase from this dealership because having integrity is important in this business. First, impressions are important and this dealership left a bad/negative impession on me that I will not forget. I am not a happy customer and when I purchase future cars which I will this dealership will not be on my list. I will say this even though I was scammed the finance person saw me right away and did the review of everything immediately and did not give me a hard time but the General Manager on site was rude and lacked in customer service when I returned to review each and every item that was on my contract because potential customers were waiting. I am just as important considering I had just purchased a car three days ago and spent over $20,000. Again, I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership again. Katherine More
