This was my very first time visiting this dealership and I was exhausted. I had been to several other “highly recommended” places and was just not happy. I came here and I will say they were busy but made s I was exhausted. I had been to several other “highly recommended” places and was just not happy. I came here and I will say they were busy but made sure to get me taken care of and were polite the entire time. I first took a look at inventory on the site and had the person on online get me info on the cars I was interested in. I had a phone call that morning asking more details and a personalized video from my sales agent welcoming me in and sharing how eager he was to help me find what I was looking for. Turns out he was busy when I got there and I was quickly placed with Tom. He was great and has been kind and taking care of my needs. Tom asked the right questions so he was up to date with what I was looking for and made a few recommendations that were right on point. Even after my car sale Tom has still been in touch and taking care of me. CJ, who is Toms right hand man was so cool and I would most definitely be back to work with the dynamic duo! Victoria was great as well and asked me the right questions and really sounded invested in my purchase. I personally have a hard time remembering names and I tell you I remember their names and won’t forget them! Great team here! More
