We contacted the dealership and were put in touch with Sean Clemons. Since I'm working at home, I asked if he could drive the car out for me to test drive it. He was more than willing to do that. After a short test drive we decided we were very interested in the car. We followed Sean back to the dealership with our current car to be checked for a trade in deal. A few hours later we came out with a good finance deal,(thanks CJ for going to bat for us) and a solid used vehicle. My husband and I have purchased many cars over our lifetimes. He said it best when he said that car buying experience was "almost enjoyable." That is high praise indeed from my husband! I have to concur. The team at Ferguson made our experience as good as it could be. I just got off the phone with Sean who was calling to check on us a few days after our purchase. Gotta say that Salvador Saldivar went beyond any other sales rep. I have delt with in the past. Lots of sales guys put a fake front just to sale you a vehicle but Salvador was able to take my compact car sales rep. I have delt with in the past. Took the time to explain how the process was going to go with the trade in, to how some of the functions in the car worked! I definitely recommend Salvador for any future car purchase.
