Dakota was an amazing salesman! I wasn’t able to get the car I originally wanted, due to it being sold to another customer. But I found the Hyundai Elantra online and looked at it on the lot on Sunday. I me car I originally wanted, due to it being sold to another customer. But I found the Hyundai Elantra online and looked at it on the lot on Sunday. I messaged Dakota and he was able to get me financed on it and let me take a drive with it on Monday. I fell in love with it and knew it was the car for me. Dakota helped with everything and was very patient when I had to get ahold of my insurance company. Also Brody in finance was able to get me such a good deal from a local credit union since this is my first time buying a car. More

Let me begin by saying that my car buying experience was not flawless; Due to the varying departments involved, as well as the Kelly Blue Book Instant Offer, communication at times was was lost in translati not flawless; Due to the varying departments involved, as well as the Kelly Blue Book Instant Offer, communication at times was was lost in translation. This is said only for transparency, and even despite the aforementioned frustrations, I am pleased to admit that this was by far the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Ferguson Superstore is truly unlike any other dealership I’ve worked with; They avoid the typical “haggle” and seem to understand that a long-term investment in the customer far outweighs a quick sale. I worked with Mike Mellor and immediately felt comfortable with his approach. He was very attentive to my needs and provided honest feedback throughout the entire process. If something wouldn’t work, he looked for something that would; He communicated the changes as best as he could, and solicited feedback to ensure that I was onboard. All of this was done via phone calls and text messages as I work and reside in McAlester, OK. The distance alone could have been a speed bump, but Mike was very patient and handled the matter with ease. A+ The finance team not only went above and beyond to secure an approval, but worked diligently to obtain a competitive rate. At the completion of the sale, the numbers were exactly where they needed to be and there were no heavy sales gimmicks to add on unnecessary extras. Sue Sutka, and all others that were involved in this aspect were phenomenal. A+ The dealership, the management, the staff and the product all passed with flying colors and have earned a lifelong customer. More
