I hadn't bought a new car in fourteen years, so it was a bit of a shock to see how much prices have gone up in that time. It makes perfect sense though when you think about it, inflation and all. Kevin made me feel comfortable about it and never pressured me. Thanks for your patience, Kevin! We were handed off to Traci for the financial paperwork. She was thorough, yet efficient, I could tell she's been doing this a while. She explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. CJ had given me the initial quote from my Internet query, but he was busy with another customer when we got to the dealership. He took the time to greet us and then introduced us to Kevin. Later on, I had a short chat with CJ and he was very nice and took the time to answer all of my questions. We drove home in the car last night, and we're even happier with it today. Sometimes dealers speak to women like they are not intelligent enough to understand cars and the car buying process. I felt respected by C.J. and enjoyed working with him.
